About the Client

Our client is a locally owned heavy diesel mechanical specialist providing comprehensive repair, maintenance, inspection, and breakdown support services for heavy vehicles, machinery, and equipment across South-East Queensland. Their expertise includes heavy diesel repairs, fleet maintenance, diagnostics, hydraulic repairs, compliance inspections, and 24/7 emergency breakdown assistance for trucks, prime movers, and specialised machinery.

What You Will Be Doing

Our client is seeking a Junior Parts Interpreter to join their team in Bells Creek. The successful applicant will be required to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm.

In this position you will be:

  • Inbound phone & online sales processing
  • Administration and data base stock management
  • Managing stock, picking and assigning orders as required
  • Providing parts advice for service and repairs
  • Customer interaction - providing top-notch quality customer service
  • Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions, advising pricing and warranty expectations
  • Managing parts to complete customer orders within required timeframes
  • Building and maintaining relationships to encourage repeat business

What You Will Need

  • Drivers Licence & reliable transport
  • Customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer and administrative skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive approach and strong work ethic
