The Role:

• Support an experienced Senior Property Manager
• Training & mentoring provided!
• Perfect for a Property Officer or Leasing stepping up!
• No leasing!
• Day- to day management of portfolio
• Liaising with tenants & landlords
• Monday – Friday only no weekend work!
• Great KPI structure – around $10k per year in comms!
• Surround yourself with passionate & ambitious professionals 

The Candidate: 

• Ideally a Property Officer or Leasing Consultant stepping up! 
• Must be organised & have high attention to detail 
• Current Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence 
• Highly ambitious and driven! 
• Passion for the Real Estate Industry! 
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• The ability to build & maintain new relationships
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
