Your new role
Reportingto the Laboratory Manager, you'll oversee the technical, quality and peopleleadership aspects of the laboratory. Responsibilities include managinganalytical workflows, troubleshooting laboratory methods and instrumentation,overseeing quality records and audits, ensuring production targets areachieved, maintaining ISO17025 compliance requirements, and leading laboratorystaff to deliver safe, accurate and timely results.

What you'll need to succeed
Chemistry or analytical laboratory background. Experience performing and troubleshooting analytical methods and laboratory instrumentation.
Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems and ISO17025 standards.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a laboratory environment.
Experience managing performance, training and employee development.
Strong knowledge of laboratory safety, quality control and compliance requirements.
Ability to investigate non-conformances and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
