Frontline HR is currently seeking reliable Labourers to join a well-established manufacturing and warehouse operation.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is physically fit, reliable and takes pride in working safely and as part of a team.
About the Role
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with the manufacture of steel shutters, including slat application and fitting end clips
- Packaging finished products ready for installation or supply
- Loading and unloading trucks safely
- Ensuring goods are correctly secured for transport
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Handling products carefully to prevent damage
- Following all WHS policies and procedures
- Working collaboratively with the wider team
- Performing other reasonable duties as required
The role requires a strong focus on customer service, quality, productivity and safety.
About You
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Previous labouring, warehouse or manufacturing experience highly regarded
- A current Driver's Licence
- Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
