Labourers

AWX are currently seeking reliable labourers for a game meat processing facility located in Wulkuraka, Ipswich.

Job highlights:

• On-site training provided
• Early starts (5am)
• 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday
• Ongoing casual roles
• PPE provided

What you'll need:

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be physically fit and able to do repetitive heavy lifting, the role involves unloading products from trucks
• Have experience within the meat industry (preferred but not essential)
• Have a great attitude towards work, reliability and ability to follow instructions
• AM shifts from 5am Monday to Friday
• Have a current Q Fever vaccination or willing to obtain
• Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Possess sound knowledge of handling food products appropriately & within strict hygiene standards
• Be able to work in a cold environment
• Pass a drug and functional capacity assessment
• Australian Citizenship or full rights to work in Australia.
