Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating stunning landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of landscape construction projects
• Oversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise a team of landscapers and organise trades, organising material deliveries, programming works, operating earthmoving machinery and completing landscape construction duties
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Read and interpret landscape plans and designs
• Order materials and manage project budgets
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Provide training and mentorship to team members

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction
• Proven experience as a Landscape Gardener (min 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and materials
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Time management, strong landscaping and horticulture knowledge, communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
• Valid drivers license
