McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- Regular mowing of all grassed areas
- Regular precise spraying of areas to control vegetation
- Establishing new plants and maintaining existing garden beds and trees
- Installing and maintaining irrigation systems
- Maintaining of equipment and vehicles
- Operating machinery (where appropriately licenced)
- Assisting with pest control and livestock movement as required
What You’ll Bring:
- Current valid drivers’ licence
- Experience in grass slashing and general property maintenance
- HR licence and tractor experience desirable but not essential
- Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control (ACDC) ticket desirable but not essential
- Be prepared to work as part of a team but be able to work autonomously when required
- Strong inter-personal skills, able to work co-operatively with internal and external contacts
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety, biosecurity and operational requirements
- Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated
