About the role:
- You will work with award-winning partners, assisting with matters from start to finish, on a range of complex and interesting financial transactions.
- Some of the matters will include, but not limited to debt advisory, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, construction & development finance and recapitalisations.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer/Associate (2-5 PQE)
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academics.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of banking and finance law.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
