About the role:
- Draft and settle pleadings, affidavits and submissions for complex, multi-party proceedings.
- Prepare evidence and manage interlocutory applications.
- Brief and liaise with counsel and experts; and appear with counsel where appropriate.
- Run targeted discovery and evidence reviews (issue-led, not just document review).
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with 2–5 PQE with strong commercial disputes or class actions experience.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative, team-first approach with a proactive mindset.
- Strong time management and ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Sharp analytical skills and sound judgment in problem-solving.
