Corporate, M&A, ECM Lawyer or Associate
- Our client is highly ranked in Legal500 for Corporate/M&A and recognised in Doyle’s Guide as one of Australia’s leading corporate law firms.
- Work on complex, high-value transactions spanning M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and FIRB.

About the role:
- An opportunity for a talented Associate to join a market leading Corporate/M&A team.
- Work on a variety of transactions, including M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and FIRB.
- 7 billable hours per day required.
The ideal candidate:
- Corporate Lawyer coming out of a reputable M&A/ECM practice.
- Must be at least 3 years PQE.
- Work split is 100% Corporate; not a mixed bag.
- Relevant law degree with a strong academic track record.
