About the role:
- Advise on investment services, capital markets, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate insolvency and reconstructions
- Assist with due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients.
- Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.
The ideal candidate:
- At least 2+ years' PQE coming out of a recognised corporate team or firm.
- A current practicing certificate and a relevant law degree, coupled with strong academics.
- Strong commercial acumen with strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
