About the role:
- Provide employment and workplace relations advice to employer clients within a specific industry sector
- Act as a key point of contact via a legal hotline, delivering timely and practical guidance on day-to-day employment matters
- Support and deliver seminars, training sessions, and member-facing presentations on relevant legal developments
- Work closely with a small, collaborative team while managing your own workflow and priorities
- Exposure to a broad mix of advisory work, with a strong focus on real-time, practical problem-solving rather than traditional fee-earning matters
The ideal candidate:
- 1-3 PQE employment lawyer with experience advising on workplace relations and employment law matters
- Prior exposure to industry awards (particularly within hospitality or similar sectors) will be highly regarded
- Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking directly with clients and presenting in group settings
- A proactive, self-sufficient individual who can operate autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team
- Commercially minded, with the ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice tailored to business needs
