About your new employer:

About the role:
- Working with a highly experienced Principal, across a diverse range of workplace matters.
- Providing advice and training to Human Resources and in-house legal clients.
- Work on employment related claims, such as breach of contract, discrimination, unfair dismissal, sexual harassment, WHS and underpayment of wages.
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, settlements and policies.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer (5+ PQE), with proven experience in employment and industrial relations.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Ability and willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
- A team player capable of working independently.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work on manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
