About the role:

• Advising on environmental, planning and approvals strategy for major projects
• Working on development approvals, environmental licences, clearing permits and compliance frameworks
• Advising on climate, heritage, native title and land access issues
• Helping clients manage regulator engagement, investigations and enforcement risk
• Running or supporting planning appeals, judicial review, prosecutions and administrative challenges where required

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE
• Knowledge of WA planning laws desirable
• Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability
• Excellent communication and client management skill
• A collaborative approach and eagerness to work in a high-performing, close-knit team
