About the role:

• Draft, review, and negotiate major construction contracts including D&C, EPC, PPP, O&M, and consultancy agreements.
• Advise clients on risk allocation, project structuring, and delivery strategies for high-value developments.
• Work on large-scale commercial, infrastructure, and mixed-use projects that make headlines.
• Collaborate directly with industry-leading partners and senior lawyers, gaining hands-on mentorship.
• Manage client relationships with blue-chip developers, contractors, and government bodies.
• Be involved in cutting-edge projects from inception to completion, shaping the future skyline.

The ideal candidate:

• 4-8 years’ PQE in front-end construction law
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating major contracts (AS, D&C, EPC etc.)
• Commercially minded and confident building client relationships
• Ambitious, detail-oriented, and ready for high-profile work
