About the role:

• Working the Directors of the firm and within a fun, fast paced team.
• Advising a range of clients, that will include individuals, small businesses, and large corporations.
• Manage your day-to-day litigation cases from start to finish, with a high focus on insolvency and dispute resolution.
• Attend court hearings and negotiation settlements.

The ideal candidate:

• Mid-senior Lawyer with 2+ years PQE, with proven experience in Litigation
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, research & drafting skills.
• The ability to build rapport and form relationships with clients.
• The ability to manage multiple caseloads, prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
