YOUR NEW ROLE
In key pivotal role, reporting to the CEO, as the only lawyer in the NEW CLIENT RELATIONS team, being supported by a few new client enquiries paralegals, you will love the stimulating variety, people interaction (phone and in person) and fulfilment:
- responding to new client enquiries relating to any area of law (eg personal injury, commercial ,property, estates, family, criminal);
- assessing viability of the enquiries, providing initial legal advice, obtaining instructions and determining next steps (including execution of costs agreement and referral to relevant solicitor to who will handle their case);
- checking in with new/existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction.
You will undertake your role both at the office and occasionally at the firm’s various legal centres spread throughout Sydney.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are and admitted lawyer in NSW with 2+ years post-qualification experience in personal injury law (preferable) AND 2 or more of the following: 1) commercial law; 2) property law; 3) family law; 4) wills/estates; 5) criminal law; 6) commercial litigation;
- have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- are client-service centric;
- are passionate about helping people, empathetic and professional;
- have proven ability to exercise good judgement and resolve problems expeditiously;
- are hungry for a long-term successful career with a market leading law firm.
