We’re looking for an experienced and patient-focused Lead Dentist to join Perth Central Dental Centre on a full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to step into a clinical leadership role in a busy, modern and well-established practice located in the heart of Perth’s CBD.
About Perth Central Dental Centre:
Perth Central Dental Centre is a 5-chair, architecturally designed clinic located directly opposite Perth train station for easy commuting. Since opening in 2012, we’ve built a strong reputation for exceptional dental care, supported by a team of over 30 professionals. The practice is open 7 days a week and provides a full range of general and advanced treatments including:
- Wisdom teeth removal with IV sedation
- Implants and surgical extractions
- Specialist gum treatment (on-site Periodontist)
- Cosmetic and restorative dentistry
Our clinic is equipped with the latest in digital radiography, CAD/CAM dentistry, rotary endodontics, and advanced sterilisation systems.
About the Role: As the Lead Dentist, you will
- Lead and support daily clinical operations, mentoring and coaching your dental team
- Provide high-quality care across general and cosmetic dentistry
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to enhance team culture, performance and patient experience
- Help refine and maintain clinical protocols for quality and consistency
