Starting in a Leasing & Administration Assistant position, you will receive hands-on training, fantastic mentorship and ongoing support, with a clear pathway to progress into a Junior Property Manager role.

The Role:
Working Tuesday to Saturday, with Monday as your rostered day off, you will assist the property management team across leasing, inspections and general administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting open homes
- Completing routine inspections
- Liaising with tenants
- Assisting with general leasing duties
- Supporting the property management team with administration
- Assisting with general office administration
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants
- Learning all aspects of property management with the goal of progressing into a Junior Property Manager position
About You
We are looking for someone with a great attitude who is genuinely excited to build a career in real estate.
To be successful, you will have:
- A valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A current NSW driver's licence
- A confident, hardworking and can-do attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine desire to learn and progress within property management
Previous real estate experience is not required – attitude, presentation and motivation are key.
