Leasing Manager Opportunity
- Drive leasing activity with a focus on asset performance and outcomes.
- Run the full leasing process from campaign launch to signed lease.
- Build relationships with landlords, renters, and stakeholders.
- Flexible 3-day WFH arrangement with 2 days in the CBD office
- Work closely with the Leasing Team and Head of Business Developer
- Asset-focused role across leasing, PM support and business development
This is not a traditional Property Manager role:
The focus is on asset performance, leasing and supporting the wider property management business, while developing your commercial understanding of how the business grows and retains its assets. You’ll work closely with the team, take ownership of leasing and have the opportunity to step into the BDM function when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive leasing activity with a laser focus on asset performance and top-tier outcomes
- Run the full leasing process — from campaign launch to signed lease, start to finish
- Team up with Property Managers to keep managed assets performing and retained
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with landlords, renters and stakeholders across the portfolio
- Step up and run Business Development when the BDM's away — real responsibility, no training wheels
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in residential leasing and property management is essential. This role is suited to someone who knows the importance of time to market and the influence leasing has on the lifecycle of the tenancy.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong rental provider and stakeholder relationships
- Highly organised, proactive and confident working independently across different responsibilities
- Strong career longevity with genuine ambition to develop into Business Development and/or leadership
