Job Description

In these roles, you'll support solicitors across a range of matters from start to finish. Duties will vary depending on the practice area, but may include preparing legal documents and correspondence, managing files and deadlines, liaising with clients and courts, assisting with briefs and discovery, and providing reliable day‑to‑day practice support.

The Successful Applicant

Legal Secretaries, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

* Experience supporting solicitors across one or more of the above practice areas
* Strong administrative capabilities, including file management and document drafting
* Confidence liaising with clients, courts, and external stakeholders
* Experience with legal practice management systems such as LEAP, Affinity, Smokeball, Practice Evolve, OpenPractice, PEXA, or similar
* A highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
