Your normal day will involve:

• Providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring delivery of complex financial projects and initiatives.
• Developing and overseeing high-level financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting frameworks.
• Driving the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies to achieve agency objectives.
• Leading and managing budgeting processes to align with legislative requirements and organizational goals.
• Analyzing financial data and presenting actionable insights to executive-level stakeholders.
• Mentoring Level 3 and Level 2 Financial Analysts, ensuring project objectives are achieved.
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks while enhancing financial controls.
• Engaging with key stakeholders across government agencies to influence financial outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with government financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Leading initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.
