Light Commercial Project Manager - HVAC Construction - Sydney
Our client needs no introduction in the HVAC and Mechanical Services sector. They are a well-established Australian contractor with an exceptional track record, strong leadership, and a reputation for delivering projects the right way.
Due to continued growth and a healthy forward pipeline, they are seeking a proven Project Manager from the HVAC construction industry to deliver light commercial to mid sized projects across Sydney.
You'll take ownership of significant builds, drive outcomes, and be trusted to run your projects properly.

Working in a highly skills and well supported project team, you will manage HVAC construction projects throughout the Sydney market, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

You will be supported by inhouse engineers, drafts people, estimators and project administration.
Remuneration includes:
- Base Salary + Super (Negotiable based on experience)
- Car Allowance
Selection Criteria
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Minimum 3 years HVAC project management experience within the Australian construction industry
- Proven delivery of HVAC and Mechanical projects valued $1m - $5m
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- High professional and ethical standards
- Green Star knowledge and/or certification highly regarded (not essential)
- Interstate candidates open to relocation encouraged to apply
