The role:
Locum Dual Radiographer / Sonographer.  Deliver high-quality ultrasound and general radiography services in a welcoming rural hospital where no two days are the same. You’ll manage your own ultrasound list, perform a diverse mix of general, obstetric & gynaecology, vascular and small parts imaging, support general radiography as required, and work closely with the Medical Imaging team while sharing an on-call roster.

Distinctive Aspects of This Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-qualified Sonographer/Radiographer looking to utilise both skill sets in a supportive rural hospital. Working from a single site, you’ll enjoy a varied workload comprising approximately 70% obstetric and gynaecology ultrasound alongside general, vascular, paediatric, breast and occasional MSK imaging, while also providing general radiography support as required.
  
You’ll manage your own ultrasound list using a Philips EPIQ system, predominantly scanning outpatients with occasional emergency presentations. On-call responsibilities are shared fairly between the Sonographer and Radiographer and can be negotiated to suit both clinicians. With onsite accommodation, travel provided and access to a hospital vehicle, this is an ideal opportunity to broaden your experience while enjoying everything Central Queensland has to offer.

• AHPRA registered | ASAR registration
• Dual qualified Sonographer/Radiographer

• Experience in obstetric & gynaecology imaging
