A little about the role:

In this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services in a hospital and/or private practice setting. Consistently placing patient care at the centre of every scan you perform. You will work with a team of medical imaging professionals including sonographers, radiographers, and an onsite radiologist plus an administration team.

Locum dates: ASAP – ongoing  

Duties you will be responsible for:

• Experienced across a broad range of scan types including MSK, obstetrics, general and vascular, Abdo & small parts.
• Managing patients and operating Canon equipment
• Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
• Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

Skills and Experience:

• Full ASAR membership
• Experience working for a private group within a hospital setting.
• Experience using Canon machines – they have a brand new Aplio I700.
• Correct working rights for Australia
