Job Summary
Deliver high-quality rural generalist social work services across acute, sub-acute, aged care and community health settings.
About the role
Based at Roma Hospital, you will provide broad, generalist clinical services across a wide demographic, including screening, assessment, intervention, and evaluation. This autonomous role offers clinical leadership opportunities and outreach to surrounding communities within the Southwest Hospital and Health Service (SWHHS).
Skills and experience
• Eligible for AASW membership
• HP4 level experience in hospital or community settings
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Open driver’s licence
• Confident working independently and within a team
