Locum Sonographer
Location – Echuca, VIC
Hourly pay rate: Market locum rates on offer + accommodation and travel support.
Date and Duration: November + possible extension into December.

Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule (8:30am–5:00pm) with no weekend or on-call duties, allowing for personal time and flexibility.
Work alongside a friendly team including part-time and experienced sonographers, with radiologist support available three days a week and a clear roster for guidance.
Operate in a newly established clinic featuring Philips Epiq machines, a Chronos UV-C disinfection system, and a strong emphasis on scan quality over quantity, ensuring a professional and patient-focused experience.
Deliver high-quality scans in a modern, supportive clinic where your skill not your scan count set the pace.
Skills and experience
- ASAR registration and correct working rights for Australia.
- Proficiency in general ultrasound – including abdominal, MSK, vascular and small parts
- Experience using Philips Epiq machines
- Strong communication skills – collaborate with the support team, sonographers and radiologists
- Commitment to scan quality – prioritise accuracy over volume
