Job Summary
A sonographer is needed for a position at a site with an on-site radiologist, requiring a solid general ultrasound skillset with experience in obstetrics and musculoskeletal imaging. The role involves standard hours from 9am to 5pm, with travel, accommodation fully provided, making it a well-supported locum opportunity.

 
Skills and experience

• Current ASAR registration with a strong understanding of Australian sonography standards and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience working independently, including in sole practitioner settings, with the confidence to manage a varied caseload autonomously if required.
• Well-rounded general ultrasound skills, with proven competency in obstetric and musculoskeletal imaging.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively with an on-site radiologist and broader healthcare team.
• Adaptability and professionalism, with the ability to deliver high-quality imaging services in a regional or changing environment.
