About the role:
- Deliver an exceptional luxury experience by offering personalised fragrance consultations across the L’Oréal Luxe portfolio
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall counter performance
- Develop strong client relationships through expert fragrance knowledge, storytelling, and follow-up service
- Maintain a visually stunning and organised counter, reflecting the prestige and elegance of the brands
- Stay up to date with fragrance trends, launches, and brand education, sharing insights with clients and teammates
- Support in-store events, activations, and brand promotions, driving traffic and engagement
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control, ensuring availability of bestsellers and new releases
- Collaborate with your team and store partners to deliver a consistent, high-standard customer experience
- Uphold grooming standards and brand presentation to reflect the luxury image of L’Oréal Luxe
