Warrikal are looking for motivated and experienced Lubrication Technicians eager to advance their career or gain expertise in the WA mining industry.

The Role
We are seeking Lubrication Technicians to join our team to assist and undertake planned shutdown, maintenance and project works at various sites across the Pilbara region.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and report on the conditions of all plant machinery, ensuring high standards and quality are maintained
- Perform routine oil changes and grease application on all equipment, documenting lubricant use and ensuring equipment meets industry standards
- Perform all routine maintenance and oil sampling, optimizing performance of equipment and ensuring well maintained machines
- Identify defects and issues and report to your team for maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance machine efficiency
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to safety protocols
- Follow Safe Work Instructions (SWI)
- Maintain discipline in tooling management
About You
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Construction White Card
- Australian Drivers Licence (C Class)
- Hold an Australian recognised qualification
- Prior experience (preferred), exceptions for the right candidate
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Confined Space Entry Certificate
- High Risk Work Licence – Rigging Ticket (highly desirable)
- Willingness to learn new techniques, tools, and methods to expand skillset
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
