The Role…

In a typical Machine Operator position with National Workforce, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up machinery and completing pre-start checks
• Supervising production processes to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
• Keeping accurate and detailed production records.
• Monitoring machinery to ensure proper operation and promptly reporting any issues.
• Inspecting equipment and machinery regularly.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

To be successful in a Machine Operator position with National Workforce, you must:

• Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a relevant Machine Operator position.
• Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
