Pay Rate: $45-$49 per hour
About Us:
Our client is looking a manufacturing company located in Laverton North, who specialise in high-quality blow moulded products. With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation, we are looking for skilled Thermoforming operator to join our production team on both Day Shift & Night Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, thermoforming machines
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating thermoforming machinery in a plastics environment
- Valid LF (Forklift) licence highly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production plans
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanically minded and can use hand tools.
- Can change over moulds and make adjustments.
- Can fill out reports relating to quality control.
- Must be available for 5 days a week and be reliable
Shift Information:
- Day Shift: 7am – 3pm
- Night Shift 11pm – 7am (Starting Sunday night)
