Your new role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for 3 x qualified Maintenance Electrician to join a mobile facilities maintenance team servicing government, commercial, and institutional assets throughout Sydney.Key responsibilities will include:Planned and reactive electrical maintenanceFault finding and repairs on building services equipmentTesting and maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, switchboards, and power distribution equipmentAttending service calls and breakdowns across multiple sitesCompleting compliance inspections and reportingLiaising with clients and site stakeholdersEnsuring works are completed safely and in line with Australian StandardsParticipating in an on-call roster when required
What you'll need to succeed
NSW Electrical LicenceExperience working within facilities maintenance, commercial property, healthcare, education, government, or similar environmentsStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting experienceKnowledge of building services and electrical infrastructureCurrent Driver's LicenceExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple prioritiesWhite Card and experience using CMMS systems highly regarded
