Multiple Shifts Available:
Day Shift Monday – Friday 5am - 3:30pm / Saturday 5am – 12pm
OR
Afternoon Shift Monday – Friday 1pm – 11:30pm / Saturdays 11:30am – 5:30pm
OR
Night Shift Monday – Friday 7:30pm – 5:30am / Saturdays as requried
Up to 190k inclusive of loading + penalties + Unlimited OT

About the Role
Working as part of a maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability of industrial, heavy plant machinery & equipment through preventative and breakdown maintenance and fault finding. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone with a heavy industrial background.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on heavy industrial plant machinery & equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Assist with machinery installations and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Trade-qualified Fitter (Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent)
- Experience in a maintenance role (Heavy Industrial)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Hands-on welding, grinding, cutting, and fabrication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Current working rights in Australia
