MLG Oz is seeking experienced Leading Hands – Workshop to join our high-performing teams across our Western Australian projects.
If you’re a qualified HD Diesel Mechanic who knows your CAT & Komatsu gear, can lead from the front and thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment — this could be your next move.

THE ROLE
Working closely with our Workshop Managers, you’ll play a key role in leading workshop teams, driving performance and ensuring safe, efficient maintenance operations across our WA projects.
You’ll be responsible for supporting trades teams, mentoring apprentices, maintaining high safety standards and helping keep our heavy mobile equipment operating at its best.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
To be successful, you’ll have:
- HD Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate
- Supervisor Section 26
- Valid Driver’s Licence — HR+ highly regarded
- Proven experience leading tradespeople and apprentices
- Strong organisation, time management and people skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
