Maintenance Officer

The exciting opportunity

• Permanent full-time role working Monday – Friday from 7am – 3pm
• Manage the day-to-day maintenance of our two-storey 50-bed aged care home in Vaucluse
• Responsible for minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance tasks across buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, handling minor repairs and escalating complex issues

About you

• Proven experience in building, property, or facility maintenance, ideally in aged care
• Hands on, proactive, respectful, and with strong time management and organisational skills
• Friendly, flexible and delivers excellent customer service
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Working rights in Australia and an unrestricted driver's license
