Your new company
An exciting opportunity exists for a Manager Integration & Planning to join a nationally significant infrastructure organisation delivering a major rail and transport project. Working within a multidisciplinary project team, you will play a key role in coordinating transport integration, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and technical advisory inputs across a complex, high-profile development.
Your new role
Reporting as a senior planning leader, you will coordinate planning and transport integration activities across major project work streams, supporting station planning, multimodal connectivity, transport network integration and broader strategic infrastructure planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating transport integration and strategic planning activities.
Managing technical investigations relating to station access, interchange and connectivity.
Supporting network, corridor and precinct planning initiatives.
Coordinating consultants and specialist advisory teams.
Preparing executive briefings, reports, governance papers and planning recommendations.
Engaging with government agencies, councils, transport operators and key stakeholders.
Monitoring project schedules, risks, budgets and delivery outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree qualification in Planning, Transport Planning, Engineering, Geography or a related discipline.Experience in strategic planning, transport planning, infrastructure planning or major projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
Experience preparing reports, briefings and technical documentation.
Ability to navigate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Rail, public transport or major infrastructure experience will be highly regarded.
