About the Role
The Marine Operations Terminal Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, processing, and maintaining security, maintenance, and visitor access procedures at the Marine Operations Terminal in Gladstone QLD.
The Marine Operations Terminal Site Coordinator will also provide support to other areas of the Gladstone business; CBS with permanent access pass changes; Learning Team in past induction inquiries and well as advice on pass expiry dates.
About You
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate the Visitor Access Process and Marine Operations Terminal operation.
- Flexible to work as a permanent part time employee
- Customer service focus.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Numerical ability and data entry skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Works well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:
- Experience in an Administration Position
- Experience within a Management/ Supervisory Position
- Experience in the Tourism and Transport Industry
