This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in technology and entertainment and play a key role in shaping how a major digital music platform connects with fans, artists and the wider music industry across AU/NZ.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with key music labels, artists and industry partners
• Developing and executing marketing and streaming initiatives
• Managing campaigns, projects and key deadlines
• Collaborating with internal teams across Marketing, Social, PR, Programming and Tech
• Working with creative, social and experiential agencies
• Tracking campaign and partnership performance
• Supporting artist, label and promotional campaigns
• Coordinating with global teams and external stakeholders
• Identifying new opportunities across the AU/NZ music industry
• Supporting reporting, communications and day-to-day partnership activities

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 4+ years’ experience in marketing, entertainment, music or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand music industry
• Experience working with record labels, artists, artist managers or music industry partners
• Strong project and campaign management experience
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
• Experience across marketing, digital, social or partnerships
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A data-driven and commercially minded approach
• A genuine passion for music, culture and the digital music landscape
