  • Full-time, ongoing position
  • To commence Term 1, 2027 (or earlier by negotiation)
  • Salary range - $86,647 to $129,869 per annum plus superannuation 

We are seeking a passionate and inspiring Mathematics Teacher who can engage and support students in our Middle and Senior School, up to VCE level. At Ballarat Grammar, our teachers empower students to develop academic confidence and a lifelong passion for learning, while fostering social competence, leadership, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility to both local and global communities. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration (or ability to obtain), including a VIT approved Teaching qualification.
  • Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammar’s values. 
  • Relevant experience as a classroom practitioner with experience designing and delivering engaging and differentiated learning experiences.
  • Knowledge of effective assessment practices and reporting processes aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Familiarity with the academic and wellbeing needs of students and strategies to support their holistic development.
  • A proven ability to work effectively, constructively and collaboratively within a team.
