About us

Norco is Australia’s oldest and largest dairy co-operative, with 131 years of hands-on experience in Australian dairy and agriculture. Proudly 100% Australian farmer-owned, we’re built from the ground up by the people who work the land.

With two key arms, DairyFoods and AgriSolutions, we’re here to back our communities and customers every step of the way, staying true to our roots and committed to growing together.

Norco AgriSolutions has been serving customers since 1948, with 26 stores across NSW and QLD, Animal Nutrition mills, and an in-house commodity trading team. We provide customers with competitive, convenient and trusted business solutions that add value to their businesses. Whether customers are growing, breeding, or seeking general or more specialised technical advice, our in-store and field teams are there to help with their subject matter knowledge and expertise.

About the role

About you

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service, and has a genuine interest in agriculture or rural products. You’re organised, reliable, and comfortable balancing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You’re also comfortable working in both a retail and warehouse setting and enjoy hands-on work, including assisting customers with loading products.
