What You’ll Be Doing

Performing fabrication tasks across light or heavy steel projects

Reading and interpreting workshop drawings

MIG/TIG welding depending on project requirements

Cutting, grinding, and assembly of metal components

Working collaboratively with a small, high-performing workshop team

Maintaining safe work practices and a clean workspace

Work on-site and complete site-installation works when necessary
What We’re Looking For
-
Trade qualification: Boilermaker, Metal Fabricator, Welder, or similar

Experience in workshop-based fabrication (light or heavy steel)
-
Ability to work from drawings with accuracy and attention to detail
-
Strong welding skills (MIG required; TIG desirable)

Reliability, initiative, and pride in workmanship
