Role Overview
- Applicants must have a recognised technical qualification and practical experience in motorcycle diagnostics and repairs.
- Industry competitive hourly rate. $30-$50 an hour
- Located in a metropolitan area within Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on various motorcycle brands, including high-end models.
- Inspect engines and components; identify and replace worn or faulty parts efficiently.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and verify performance standards for safety and reliability.
- Recognise safety hazards and suggest corrective actions to maintain compliance with workplace and road safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding service requirements and outcomes.
- Keep comprehensive records of maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workshop space.
- Provide guidance to junior technicians or apprentices.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team briefings.
