Seeking an experienced Senior Motorcycle Technician to perform expert servicing and repairs within a well-established motorcycle service centre located in Sydney’s broader metropolitan area. This is a permanent full-time role in a supportive workshop environment.

Role Overview

• Proven qualifications and significant hands-on experience with a variety of motorcycles, including road, off-road, and specialty bikes, required for this senior technician position.
• Competitive pay rate up to $50.00 per hour.
• Location: Western Sydney

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on a diverse range of motorcycle models, including higher-end brands.
• Perform inspections on engines and components to ensure compliance with safety standards and optimal performance.
• Replace worn or damaged parts and complete scheduled maintenance following manufacturer guidelines.
• Test ride motorcycles to assess performance and identify any safety concerns.
• Provide professional advice on servicing and repair matters to customers and workshop management.
• Maintain accurate service records and uphold strict workshop safety and organisational procedures.
• Support and mentor apprentices, contribute to team learning, and participate in training sessions.

Requirements
