Multi-Skilled & Production Operators | 7/7 Roster | West Wyalong
We're seeking experienced Mining Operators to join a Gold Project near West Wyalong, working within an established open cut / surface mining operation.
We're looking for both multi-skilled and single-skilled operators with experience across:
- Dozer Operators - CAT D10
- Grader Operators
- Ancillary Operators
- Haul Truck Operators - CAT 785, 789 or 793
This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work on a well-run site with experienced crews and a strong safety-focused culture.
About the Role
Working as part of the production mining team on a 7/7 rotating roster across days and nights. Depending on your experience, you'll be operating mobile plant and equipment to support daily mining activities while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating one or more of the above machines
- Previous open cut / surface mining experience
- Mining or civil production experience
- Multi-skilled operators highly regarded
- Strong commitment to safety and site procedures
- Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented attitude
Requirements
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Ability to DIDO to West Wyalong
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work within a production team
