Marcus Gold Pty Ltd require a Multimedia Designer to join their team in North Lakes, QLD.

The role of the Multimedia Designer will be to plan, design, develop and prepare information for publication and reproduction using text, symbols, pictures, colours and layout to achieve commercial and communication needs with particular emphasis on tailoring the message for the intended audience.

Responsibilities include:

Research and Strategy:

• Determine project goals and limits by talking with marketing, sales, and product teams;
• Research current trends, competitor campaigns, and target audiences;
• Analyse communication needs for digital platforms, social media, and in-store displays.

Concept and Design:

• Create digital design concepts for marketing campaigns, lookbooks, and product launches;
• Draw digital wireframes, storyboards for videos, and layout mockups;
• Pick the right visual styles, video formats, and digital media to match the brand identity.

Review and Production:

• Present design ideas to management and marketing staff and adjust based on feedback;
• Prepare final digital assets, video edits, animations, or interactive files for production;
• Oversee or handle the final production of digital media, web content, or print graphics;
• Save and organise digital project files for future brand use.

To be considered you will need to have completed a Bachelor degree and at least 1 year of relevant post-qualification employment experience, OR; at least 5 years of relevant employment experience may substitute for the formal qualification.

This is a full time role, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $80,000 - $85,000 per annum is on offer to the successful candidate.
