Multiskilled Operator/GPS Grader Operator

PWE Quarry Services are currently seeking an experienced Multiskilled Operator/GPS Grader Operator to join their dynamic, successful team based at Nyora, VIC. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Mobile plant operation including Excavator, Dozer, Loader, Grader, ADT, Watercart

• Responsible for your own and fellow coworkers Safety, Quality and Environmental

• Report any incidents, near misses and hazards immediately to PWE management.

• Punctuality with start, finish and break times.

• Must be able to work in a cohesive team environment .

• Complete site specific inductions.

• Sign on to all relevant SWMS and SOP's.

• Complete documentation where required e.g. Take S's, Timesheets etc.

• Pre-start meeting attendance and consultation with the team every morning.

• Responsible for Continuous improvement. Monitor and analyse operational performance, implementing improvements as necessary.

• Work inline to all client provided documentation and requirements.

• Performance in conjunction with Legislative Requirements and PWE documentation including Policies, SWMS, SOP's, Management Plans.

Required skills and experience:

• Various plant experience including Excavator, Dozer, Loader, Grader, ADT, Watercart
• Relevant VOC tickets
• Driver's license and White Card
• Experience working in a quarry environment
• Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment (including Drug and Alcohol Testing)
