Night Shift Freezer Store Person

Our client, a well-established seafood business based in North Wollongong, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Shift Freezer Store Person for a casual position with the opportunity to go permanent after 3 months. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, can work in cold environments and is comfortable with early morning starts.
The pay rate is $41.20 per hour before 8am and $35.93 per hour from 8am onwards, working Monday to Friday from 1:30am to 9:30am.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing seafood orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving and organising stock within the freezer
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and keeping the warehouse organised
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily deadlines
About You:
- Previous warehouse or storeperson experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a cold/freezer environment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Available to work Monday to Friday, starting at 1:30am
- Forklift experience or a current forklift licence would be an advantage
