About the Opportunity
We are very excited that the Encara family is growing! We have a casual role available for an Occupational Therapist in Perth, WA. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide flexible casual support at our facilities in the region, as well as help with sick/annual leave days when required.
The duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Support Encara to deliver required clinical services clients.
- Complete documentation and reporting as per individual client requirements.
- Case conferencing/multidisciplinary reviews and case discussions.
- Achievable caseload with reasonable KPI's.
The successful candidate will be ready to understand the relevant funding streams, build valuable relationships, take a pragmatic approach to managing their workload, and utilise their skills across the NDIS, Community and Aged Care space. Most importantly, we're looking for someone passionate about helping our clients achieve great outcomes.
