About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to work closely with our small team of innovative and passionate Occupational Therapists and diverse Allied Health team. This unique opportunity based within a hospital setting is to provide services to both hospital inpatients and a broad range of outpatients including paediatric and NDIS clients. The opportunity allows for broad career development with the ability to develop your knowledge and skills in a specialised area such as paediatrics, adults, home care package, DVA, cognitive, upper limb and hand therapy.

  1. Bachelor degree - Occupational Therapy & current AHPRA registration
  2. Minimum of 1-year Occupational Therapy experience (highly desirable)
  3. Previous experience with comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments, equipment prescription, home modifications, ADL assessments, program planning and treatment (highly desirable)
  4. Previous exposure to the NDIS scheme and/or paediatrics (highly desirable)
  5. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with regards to delivering excellent client care
  6. Candidates must have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be eligible to obtain)
